Voixdesk is operated by Triaxo Solutions LLC. Businesses using Voixdesk (primarily medical spas in the United States) send SMS text messages to their own clients and leads — appointment confirmations and reminders, follow-ups, re-booking reminders, review requests, and replies to customer-initiated conversations. This page documents exactly how recipients opt in and how they can opt out.
1. How end users opt in
Recipients consent to receive text messages in one of the following ways:
By phone (verbal consent).
When a client calls the business or books an appointment, they are told:
"As part of booking, we can send you appointment confirmations, reminders, and follow-up texts. Message frequency varies, and message & data rates may apply. You can reply STOP at any time to opt out, or HELP for help. Would you like to receive these texts?"
Messages are sent only after the client agrees.
On a booking or inquiry web form.
Forms that collect a phone number include a consent checkbox that is never pre-selected (see the example below). Consent is not a condition of purchase.
By text keyword.
A client may text a keyword such as START, YES, or UNSTOP to the business's number to subscribe, and receives an immediate confirmation reply.

Message frequency varies based on appointment activity and conversations. Message and data rates may apply according to the recipient's mobile plan.
5. Opting out and getting help
- Reply STOP to any message to opt out immediately: "Voixdesk: You have been unsubscribed and will receive no further messages. Reply START to re-subscribe."
- Reply HELP for assistance: "Voixdesk: For assistance, contact support@voixdesk.com. Msg & data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out."
6. Privacy
No mobile information is shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent are not shared with any third parties, excluding the vendors and service providers that assist in delivering text messages.
