Getting started
Triaxo is an AI-first software studio. We design and build production systems—AI/ML, custom software, ERPs, MVPs, SaaS, web and mobile apps—with senior engineers and transparent delivery.
We start with discovery: users, constraints, integrations, and success metrics. You receive a phased roadmap with milestones, technology choices, and a budget range before engineering begins.
Founders, product leaders, and engineering executives at startups and enterprises—especially when you need production-grade AI, complex integrations, or a team that can ship without hand-holding.
Healthcare and life sciences, financial services, logistics, SaaS, retail, education, and public sector. See our Solutions menu for examples aligned to your sector.
AI & machine learning
RAG and LLMs fit knowledge work, copilots, and language-heavy tasks. Custom models win when you need deterministic scoring, forecasting, or vision on proprietary signals. We recommend the smallest approach that meets your KPI.
A representative sample of production data, clear success metrics, and owners for labels or outcomes. We run a readiness review in discovery and tell you honestly if the data is not ready.
We define eval sets, human review where needed, regression checks on prompts and models, and production observability (latency, cost, drift). Pilots ship with gates—not demo-only accuracy claims.
Yes. We implement provider routing, guardrails, caching, and fallbacks; align to your security model; and document cost controls so usage stays predictable in production.
Yes—from FAQ bots with retrieval to tool-using agents that call your APIs, CRM, or ticketing systems. We scope guardrails, escalation paths, and analytics from day one.
Software delivery & technology
Yes. We integrate with your tools and ceremonies, follow your standards where required, and flex team size as priorities shift—without replacing your product ownership.
We deploy to major clouds, set up CI/CD, monitoring, and backups, and can operate within your existing infrastructure team’s guardrails or run managed platform work on retainer.
Modern stacks—commonly React/Next.js, Node, Python, .NET, and mobile with React Native or native iOS/Android—chosen for maintainability, hiring, and your existing ecosystem.
Yes. We work on modular ERP extensions, API layers, event-driven integrations, and phased migrations so operations keep running while you reduce technical debt.
A focused MVP often lands in 8–14 weeks depending on scope, integrations, and compliance. Larger programs run in phased releases with milestones agreed up front.
Engagement, pricing & ownership
After discovery we share a phased plan with milestones, assumptions, and a budget range. Fixed-scope phases or flexible time-and-materials are available—we align the model to your risk tolerance.
Phased product builds, team augmentation, dedicated squads, and post-launch retainers. We match the model to whether you need discovery, delivery velocity, or long-term operations.
You retain ownership of custom work product defined in the statement of work. We sign NDAs as standard and can align to your vendor security review.
Both. Fixed-price suits well-defined phases; T&M suits evolving discovery. Hybrid models—fixed discovery, then T&M or fixed build phases—are common for new products.
Security, compliance & support
Least-privilege access, encryption, VPC or private endpoints, retention policies, and audit logs. We align to HIPAA, SOC 2, and common financial services patterns as required.
Retainers for enhancements, incident response, dependency upgrades, and performance tuning—with optional SLAs. We can also transition to your internal team with documentation and pairing.
We work remotely with overlap for your timezone. You get a dedicated lead, weekly demos, shared boards, and direct access to engineers—not account-manager-only updates.
Book a discovery call via our contact page. Share goals, timeline, and constraints—we respond with a practical scope outline and suggested next steps, not a generic pitch deck.
