What we’ve accomplished together

Fashion shopping has moved to short-form video. Customers discover brands on TikTok and Instagram, but buying still means leaving the feed, opening a separate store, and losing context. Sera wanted to close that gap with a platform where users watch reels-style content and shop in the same flow—while giving vendors everything they need to run a real business, not just a profile page.

To make that vision real, the platform had to deliver:

A mobile-first discovery experience built around video and social content

Vendor tools for catalog, orders, fulfillment, and payouts

Branded storefronts for customers who arrive from social links

End-to-end operations—payments, delivery, storage, and packaging

A central admin layer to manage vendors, subscriptions, and platform operations

“The core idea is simple: content drives commerce. Vendors publish short videos, images, and posts linked directly to products. Customers scroll a social feed, tap what they like, and checkout without friction.”

Project Overview

Mobile App → Unified API → Admin & Vendor Portal → Customer Web Storefronts → Orders & Fulfillment → Payments & Payouts → Social Content & Catalog

Triaxo Solutions designed and built Sera as a full social-commerce platform for Kuwait and the GCC—not a single app, but an end-to-end product where content drives commerce. The core idea is simple: vendors publish short videos, images, and posts linked directly to products; customers scroll a reels-style feed, tap what they like, and checkout without leaving the experience they already use every day.

The platform connects three customer-facing surfaces through one unified .NET 9 REST API on Microsoft Azure: a native iOS and Android app for discovery and shopping, a React-based admin and vendor portal for day-to-day operations, and mobile-optimized wardrobe storefronts for traffic from TikTok, Instagram, and WhatsApp. Shareable vendor links land on branded pages with collections, variants, size charts, and KNET checkout—built to handle spikes when a reel or story goes viral.

Behind the scenes, Sera runs the full marketplace stack: multi-vendor catalog and social content, order pipelines from payment through fulfillment, subscription tiers for vendors (Basic and Pro), daily payouts, pickup and logistics coordination, and platform administration. The system is production-hardened for real-world traffic from social in-app browsers, with role-based access, automated error reporting, and chunk-load recovery when users arrive from TikTok or Instagram WebViews.

Mobile App — Discover, Watch, Shop

The Sera mobile app is the heart of the customer experience: a reels-style social feed, shoppable posts, explore collections, and vendor profiles with wardrobes—not a static catalog.

Customers use favorites, cart, in-app checkout, and order tracking with push notifications for offers and delivery updates. Discovery happens through content, the same way they already consume fashion on social platforms.

Unlike traditional e-commerce, the feed is the storefront. Vendors grow sales by posting video and linking products instead of waiting for search traffic.

Admin & Vendor Portal — Run the Business

A React 18 portal (Redux Toolkit, React Router, Tailwind CSS) gives vendors and platform admins full operational control from one place.

Vendors manage catalog variants, collections, and social posts tied to products; run orders from pending through delivery; schedule pickups; publish wardrobe pages and custom domains; and track sales with Facebook Pixel and dashboard insights.

Platform admins handle vendor onboarding, Basic/Pro packages, billing and payouts, explorer configuration for mobile discovery, domain requests, push broadcasts, and tax reporting—supporting Arabic/English operations across the GCC.
